WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Stretching on Yoga Mat_edited.jpg

Becky R, Old Windsor

This is not just lie on a mat and stretch pilates! You work your whole body yet it is kind on the joints! I have dodgy knees but have never felt stronger or more stable!

Tasha H, Maidenhead

I joined because I needed something low-impact, I stayed because the class is fun, social and I have found muscles I didn't know I had! So pleased with my progress!

James L, Eton

This class has worked wonders for my lower back! It is social, supportive and just the right amount of challenge!
